Unique art noveau motel

Hotel is right in between Yeoksam and Gangnam stations and is tucked behind some buildings and not easy to spot from the main road. There is a steep slope that pose a challenge for those with heavy luggages. Taxi drivers don't know of this hotel and the telephone no. is incorrect. The reception area is not much what I had in mind and if this was to be a first impresion on arrval, it is somewhat sleazy. However, it made up with a nicely designed room offering good space (for deluxe) and a heart-shaped jacuzzi. Although this might look like a love motel, it does offer a romantic feel inside the room, if you are looking for a different kind of boutique hotel stay.

Place to crash after international flight.

Not a bad hotel for the money. No AC if you're coming in the summer (at least in our room). Very dark hallways. Nice shower. It's strange at first to leave your key at the front desk when you leave, but it seemed like all the hotels in S. Korea did that.

Bed was comfortable, but not clean. Room was not clean, but I suppose you can't expect too much as this is a "Love hotel". Bathroom walls were glass, so there isn't much privacy, would only stay if a couple. Not easy to find the first time, but once you know where it is, it's very close to the subway (yeoksam-dong station exit 4). 10 minute walk to the main Gangnam shopping and eating area.

This is a "love hotel", not a 3***

The entrance of the hotel was under construction, which actually is the parking lot. No restaurant, so the breakfast included was coming from an outside cafe.
This is actually a love hotel, so not for families.
