Friendly, respectful service.

plumbing in bathroom needs repair; shower did not work; soap dispenser in bathroom is old; computer equipment in room not working, should be taken out.

The hotel, located conveniently to one of Seoul business centers. Other than most international hotels it has a local, family like, friendly, pleasant touch. The personnel was very efficient, nice, gentle and helpful at all times. I would use it again and also recommend it to business associates at any time in the future.
