The hotel is just near the two must-see Palaces. Quite far from subway. Sauna and fitness are only for men. I think this hotel is not for travellers. It's for businessmen. There are a lot of companies around the hotel. I haven't tried the hotel's breakfast because it's expensive and it's not buffet. However it's quite hard to find a place for breakfast. Then we always have a sandwich at McDonald's or Dunkin Donut for B/F.
In front of the hotel, there is a big and busy road. So we have to walk quite far to cross the road via their underground tunnel.
If you want to emphasize on shopping in Seoul, this hotel will not suit you at all.
Shopping Tip : I like Myengdong and Numdaemun very much. The two places will have every things you need.

Convenience to Seoul governmental offices. brighter lighting would be welcome My stay was comfortable and convenient. The convenience of two different subway stations in close walking distance was helpful.
I enjoyed the luxurious and larger than usual bathroom tub. The separate shower stall exhibited excellent water pressured. The lighting in the room could have been brighter but overall enjoyed my stay.

I have never been comfortable with internet hotel bookings. From the moment I booked online through Agoda, till I reached the front desk, the service was surprisingly easy, prompt and most importantly, reliable. The hotel japanese restaurant is both expensive and did not cater to all our appetite. I was with a korean and 3 business travellers. The hotel upgraded us to executive floor (due to a peak season) and of course there was nothing to complain about. We had free LAN internet and the OCN movie channel kept us entertained till 2am!I stayed for 3 nights, and each night the room was clean and well-kept. Very value-for-money, and centrally located.

Value for money and centrally located Japanese restaurant menu and quality of food can be improved. I enjoyed the overall experience and the hotel accommodation is one of the key contributors. I would definitely recommend to this hotel to anyone visiting seoul. However, I would advise against going to the Koreana hotel's japanese restaurant, as it is not value for money.

It was near myondong,nandemon,so it was very convenient for sightseeing. the water on the tabel was free, but the same brand in the fridge was not. We where charged for it when we checked out. Not a big problem The room was clean and very comfortabale.
good access from the subway stations, and from any spots in the city.
I would stay here next time too.

Location as good as any other nearby hotels, and subways are a block away. more like a tourist hotel than a business hotel. When I stayed at Seoul Plaza Hotel, I thought about trying this hotel as it is located very close by and also a little bit less expensive.

The hotel is just a minute away from the starting point. The marathon office is also just across the street from the hotel. Can't be anymore convenient for overseas participants to pick up the number bib and running chip on the day before the race. I stayed at Koreana Hotel for the Seoul Marathon. The location is excellent. It is just a minute away from the starting point. There is a lot of good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

Reception is on the second floor
This hotel is a pearl, used by many Japanese tourist in Korea. It has a very good sauna facility (not included). The breakfast is good but a little boring after a while.
Location is exellent with lots of seights within walking distance.
Staff is friendly and helpfull.
To recommend.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Nearby gardens with some old palaces

Convenient access to both airport in Seoul. Only 30-40 minutes by taxi from Gimpo Airport and accessible by limousine bus from Incheon Airport.

Suttafuno response was very well satisfied. Room and I feel it is worth the price.
