Nice business hotel in a convenient location. Subway station is located in literally the same building, with Seoul's fantastic subway system you can get anywhere easily.
Room was fair size but possibly smaller in comparison to other hotels in same price bracket. Service was was always polite and efficient.

Easy, clean, convenient

the hotel is located in a quiet part of town. i chose it for its ease of access to the airport line (it sits directly above a subway stop) and proximity only a couple of stations away from the meeting point for the uso tours and other attractions. you can get to them very easily.
the hotel is spotless and staff is friendly. there are great amenities in the connected shopping mall including a lotte supermarket and a pharmacy in the hotel.
it's a great place to use as a base to explore, but the hotel and area immediately surrounding it is eerily quiet, so you will need to go a subway stop or two to find any excitement.
Restaurant Tip:
On the first basement level (outside the supermarket) the Paris Baguette restaurant has great breakfasts and smoothies. There is also an excellent burger/sandwich shop (I think it was called Station Seven) directly past the checkouts of the Lotte supermarket.

Nice hotel with a good location
right on top of the subway

I was able to make a last minute reservation and get a fine room. The floor is a bit big and little hard to get around but the room are very modern and stylish. The bathroom was quite large and well lit. The hotel eatry and bar were nice and utilitarian. There are many places to eat in the shopping plaza below and the grocery store in the basement stocks many various international foods.
Shopping Tip:
There is a pizza place next door that will do take out for cheap and several local Korean Food eatries just across the street

Great Location Hotels
The location was by far the best I had in all of Seoul.

This is a hotel that is very easy to get to and from the airport. It is also flush with extras such as an entire grocery store in the lower level. This came in handy during late night arrivals or late night partying.

Overall this was an awesome place to stay for the price. The location is great and the rooms are decorated very nicely. The only downfall is the pillow choice. I prefer a stronger pillow that holds up to my sleeping. This was a down feather based pillow which falls flat very shortly after I enter my REM cycle. I would probably stay here again.
