stayed there one night for business. was not given a chance to choose between smoker/nonsmoker room at checkin. rooms are quite small, and not really clean. stayed at an executive floor with free access to the lounge which was nice for breakfast, drinks etc. this included free internet connection from the room.

Excellent hotel with great service
Location is close to subway

Proximity to the subway makes it convenient even though it is on the other side of the Han river, away from the shopping hub of Myeongdong and Dongdaemun. KAL airport bus stops just outside the hotel. Service is great - they allowed me an early check in (I arrived at 11 am) and a late check out (1.30pm) and even brought my luggage to the bus stop.

Great hotel

We stayed 2 nights in Lotte World Hotel and we had all we needed for a great holliday. No need to go outside of that aria. The hotel looks so nice, the stuff is very helpfull, the swimming pool is a wonderful one. I recommend this hotel to everybody.

the hotel is nice. it is very convenient as it located next to the shopping malls and there are supermarket and many restaurants. it is easy to find the hotel as it is connected to the subway and there is an airport bus which stopped outside the hotel. the room is clean and the staff is very helpful too.

the only hassle of this hotel location is the airport limousine drop off point. you will need to cross 2 traffic lights to get to the hotel. if you have big luggage and stuff on hand to carry, it is quite troublesome. the pick up point from this hotel to airport is more managaeable though. the hotel lobby is on the second floor. when you first enter the main lobby, the impression is more like entering an office tower. the hotel is within the tower premise or joint with a mall and has few nice local eateries at the basement. it is also surrounded by eateries once you stepped outside. clean and nice comfortable room with free cable internet connection. don't expect doorman or porter. hotel reception staff are friendly and quite helpfull.

Great Hotel with Resort (Lotte World) and Location

The service was really great. All the staff had a good command of English. Check-in time is at 2PM, though. When I first checked in, my room was still not ready at 2:30PM, so they gave me a different room on the higher floor, great views of downtown Jamsil! However, internet is not free, daily rate is 20,000 won. Bathroom renovated recently. Really great location, close to Lotte World, Department stores, and subways. Would stay here again.

Good hotel but needs remodeling
Located next to Lotte World theme park, very convenient for families with children

Hotel room decoration is aged need to do remodeling. Our kids enjoyed playing at the theme park, but due to the weekend it was overcrowded and they had to wait in loong lines to play.

we have stayed here many times now and never cease to be satisfied. its expensive but worth it, the rooms are lovely and everything can be accessed so easily with its own tube station. There is also the department store and supermarket and shopping mall all under one roof, not to mention lotte world theme park!!

Right there on Lotte World

I was a little disappointed. Just a generic hotel. The hotel only accommodates for under 10 months with cribs. Second, the hotel's front door service was non existent. I drove there, pulled up, and nobody helped us get our bags out or parked our car until I had to chase people down.

it is quite far from everyway. But easy to get a cab and the hotel is on top of the subway.
the room is big,it has everything you need.service is perfect.nothing to complain.
the room service chould be better if it has korean food.
Shopping Tip:
there is a duty free on the 9th floor
