The duty free shop, dept. stores and grocery is within the Lotte World. 8.3 It was a good choice for our last day in Seoul. I knew that it would be very cold during this time and that it might snow. We were able to see the indoor theme park. The outdoor park was very cold as it snowed the day before. On our last day, we spent the time window shopping at the duty free shops and went to the airport at a much earlier time so as not to get stranded by the snow.

Business travelers United States of America, February 01, 2013	Great Hotel Location, Club Lounge, staff 9.3 the overhead shower does not spray out properly. this is common in most rooms as i have stayed in over 10 different rooms here and its all the same. i think the problem is that the water pressure is too low for the showerhead type.

Business travelers Singapore, January 25, 2013	Great Hotel, Convenient Convenient to Subway, Shopping, Eateries, next to Theme Park, Great Rooms 8 Stayed at Club floor for first time, "extras" given were the some snacks served throughout the day. no great variety but convenient if you wanna have a snack. Club Floor toiletries given were those from Molten Brown. Cool... no exciting view due to facing of hotel. Size of rooms almost the same as the standard rooms. Shopping Tip: Lotte Shopping opens from 10.30 am to 8 pm everyday. Great for shopping. They have a duty free floor too. Missing something ? get it from their shopping mall.

Store. The service at the Club Lounge is great as well as the food and beverage served there! Very good for the business traveler if you are doing business in that area.

Ausement park is under the hotel 8.3 we stayed 2 nights and spend those days in magic land. great place. hotel location is great but need renovation.the stuff service is just perfect. i forgot to ask one worker name but he was so nice and helpful in late time we needed drug store and he bring us medicine. thank you if you read this and see you again. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Magic land

The large indoor park is also adjacent to the hotel and we got ticket discounts. 8 The hotel is really 5-star and the hotel staffs are very attentive and very helpful. When you need to call a taxi driver's cellphone, you are not charged anything. The indoor park was too full that we were not able to avail of the rides due to long queues. Naturally, because it was winter. The only thing we didn't like was the Chinese Restaurant at the 32nd floor. We found the food tasteless, and the menu wasn't clear. It was not clear that when you order rice, it went with a large platter of viand and vegetables which usually isn't the case with fine dining. Usually, the description is viand and vegetables, then it will say that all of them would go with either rice or mashed potato. We thought it was Chinese rice that came with bits of viand and vegetables, and found to our amazement that the food we ordered was too much.The attendant should have explained and should have wondered why the food ordered was too much for 3 of us. It was the first time in my life that I ate a very expensive meal.

Couples Indonesia, January 01, 2013	Nice hotel with amusement park Amusement park and subway station right next to the hotel 8 It's a good stay, we enjoy it because it is close to subway station, department store, Lotte mart and amusement park. We are staying during winter and it is really cold, but with everything is indoor we don't really need to step outside. It's like all in one package. The only minus is there isn't really good food around.
