fair price, comfy room, good location, and direct shuttle bus from aiport to hotel! food price is relatively high! they were fully booked when we arrived, and then we got upgraded twice! they were trying to upgrade us to "cartoon character room" but.. its might kind of ruin my working mood, so i refused.. then we got upgraded again to 30th floor.. duno wut the room was called... but it was a great room!

The executive floor was amazing. Breakfast buffet, lunch snacks and happy hour from 5:30 till 9pm all included within the executive room. Location was central, right on the Line 2 Subway. Easy access to the mall and the amusement park. I have no cons about this hotel, only pros. I was really satisfied with this hotel. Overall I've stayed with the Lotte group on every occasion and they met my expectation. The Hotel was amazing. Located in Jamsil and right at the Jamsil Subway Station Line 2 and 8. The hotel was connected to a Department store with all of your needs,along with an amusement park, as well as restaurants that have all the cuisines in the world. Further it has an amazing view of the city and a view of namsan also.

you could get admission ticket to lotte world theme park at KRW 25K (KRW 35K for normal) Strongly not reommend to go there during Korean's holiday/vacation period We went to this hotel for business/pleasure with a 3 yr old kid. Hotel is ok and situated in the central of everything.
We do not recommend anybody to go to Lotte world theme park next to this hotel during peak period season. Why? 120 minutes very looooong que waiting just to play one attraction. Times that by 10 attractions. You will need 1200 minutes in the que to play everything.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : only go to lotte world park during off peak period.

restaurant, shopping,and amusement park i can't complain, because we had very good time as you know, hotel lotte is excellent place lodge in. everythings you want to do are there shopping, eat-out fancy restaurant or economical even foods are excellent and lots different kinds.the people in hotel are very polite and kind.subway is connected to lots other place to shop or sightseeing.if i had to lodging again in seoul korea,i will try to to check in hotel lotte and i strongly recommend this hotel to anyone.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : if you want use lotte world amusement park, you should purchase the ticket at check-in counter. you get guest discount.

Very convenient location, close to subway Jasmil station, w/ free shuttle to Myeong-dong & Itaewon. It takes around 30mins to most hot shopping places.
Nice & clean rm. Poor sound resistance, can hear yelling from outside v clearly at mid-night by other residents.
V dim lighting, even it emphasizes 'energy saving', the lighting isnt enough at all.
