first given grubby room. had to ask for another

I arrived at 11pm. Ased for a smoking room. It was particularly grubby but so exhausted from travelling I fell asleep.
Next morning early, I went to down to the front desk and said the room was not only dirty..windows, sofa covering, but the whole room a depressingly mushroom scheme which would not have been out of place in the middle of america in the 1950's.
They upgraded me to a beautiful room after onc of their front -of-house accompanied me to the room they had given me to see and hear first hand what the problems werte.To their they changed my room immediately.
Breakfast looked wonderful but was so mobbed by diners I asked whether I could dine in their lounge overlooked by an amazing waterfall. No problems.
This hotel still has a way to go to truly earn its star rating.

We stayed Lotte Seoul Hotel New Wing. Checked in at 17th floor. Staffs at front lobby speak Korean, Japanese and English. We enjoyed pleasant stay.
