location is excellent!
room is modern and clean, with good views. staff are not always friendly The hotel is located quite close to the Seoul train station, and shopping district of Myeongdong. It's premises are joined with the Lotte chain of department store. The subway is 1 min from the hotel. The hotel room is clean, modern, accessible and has good view. The area is safe and convenient. Great for shopping!

Beautiful surroundings, friendly staff, comfortable room, very relaxing and quiet
The first thing I noticed was it's convenient location, easily accessible from City Hall subway station (beside exit 7). The check-in staff were very courteous, and check-in was quick and painless.
The decor of the hotel is excellent, giving one the feeling that they're in a 5 star facility.
The room was spacious and comfortable with a nice view of the city.
All in all, it was money well spent.

Good location in the centre of the city

The hotel bar is liveless, boring and expensive My first stay in this hotel was only two nights in length but in that short period I learned that this hotel has all the comfort a 5 star hotel should have. The Rooms are very spacious, the bathroom and utilities complete and the service of the staff impecable. I was happy to stay there and will go again when staying in Seoul.
