The best part is the helpful and polite staff. Free shuttle bus to the nearby Gimpo Airport and Lotte Mall. The food is on the expensive side. Travel tip: Take the free shuttle to Lotte Mall - Plenty of good restaurant with reasonable price.

Families with young children United States of America, January 13, 2013	Nice hotel - expensive Friendly, helpful staff 7.7 The Mayfield is a resort complex away from the street in its own little area. It is very convenient to the airport and has a shuttle which runs right to Gimpo. We stayed for one night in between flights. The biggest beds they have are doubles, but they are very comfortable with great linens. For being a five star hotel, the room is a little run down, especially the carpeting which needs to be cleaned. The lobby is very pretty. All the food and room service is very expensive, but you have few other options. The best part was the staff. They were very helpful from letting me wash baby bottles in the kitchen and warming up food. In addition, when there were no cabs in the area and we were getting late for our flight, the hotel called one of their cars and drove us to the hotel free of charge - very nice! Restaurant Tip: Take the free shuttle to the mall and eat their for better prices.
