Once we had resolved that we had requested a non-smoking room and were provided with room change staff were very helpful.It is an average hotel in terms of facilities. Best part of hotel for us was its proximity to Camp KIm as our DMZ tour started from there at 7.30 am and we did not want to be late.

This was a great budget hotel. You couldn't ask for a better place with the amount of money paid. The staff was amazing and attentive.
The room could be cleaner - but, it's a budget hotel.

We enjoyed our 3 nights at the New World Hotel and would stay again. Check in/out was very easy and the staff had sufficient language skills. Bring your own bath towel. It is not a 5 star hotel and I don't know if they have room service or not but the room was cleaned everyday and we were given privacy. Location is great, just one stop away from Seoul station in the heart of the city. From the airport we took the train to Seoul station, changed trains to the blue line(they are a little far apart). Plenty of TV stations and a computer for whenever you just want to relax in the room. Nothing fancy but it was just right for us.

The room was great with lots of toiletries and drinks provided for free. TV and wifi was great including the room's air-conditioner. Bathroom was great except that it did not have a shower curtain to stop the water from wetting the bath floor. Really nice and friendly reception staff. Hotel is very close to the subway which is convenient to go elsewhere. The War Memorial nearby is absolutely awesome and should not be missed!

The hotel near restaurants and subway with quiet rooms. The beds and bathrooms are big enough for the hotel price. The staffs, although can't hardly speak english, are very helpful and attentive.

It's a nice experience and everything is what I expected. Hotel location is not close to main road so we feel relax even the hotel is quite old. Some amenities are not found inside the rooms but can request by calling the reception. They have computers with high speed internet on each rooms and also have free WIFI. It's a great hotel for the price we paid.

Bad service, bad English skills, don't clean room
Internet, Location to subway and good resturants

Bed is like a rock slab, shower fixtures not working properly, over priced, they jack up the rate if you want to extend, dont clean room daily or replace towels, stained linen, pics on net didnt look like room.
