the staffs cannot speak english..poor service and the in front of room said free internet but in fact they didnt connect the login internet for you guys and the telephone in room cant use..because they have locked it as well... if you find hotel that value your money i recommend even the hotel is a little bit hard to find..(( take subways to yoaksam st.exit gate number 2 or 4.))the reception cant speak english at all..((especially the women ))..about the room pretty clean but we got unexceptable hairs ( you guys know what i mean ??)) anyway it ok ...
Shopping Tip : kangnam subway station is good for shopping if u are in hurry..but wanna shop and take a look

It is a small and quiet hotel with very good amenities. The staff is friendly, though they speak little English. It is close to the subway and banking centers. It was very hard to find at times, unless you know exactly where it is. Also, the staff speaks very little English, though they are friendly. The elevators are very small and can only handle up to three people at a time. The Noblesse was an excellent stay for the money and I will definitely be staying there again when I am in Seoul. The distance to the subway is very good, expecially for when the weather is cold, and it only takes about a minute or two to get there. Though it is difficult to get there by taxi, unless they know exactly where to go. Also, the mattresses are extremely firm, as you will find in most of Korea, though the bed is nice and big. The amenities of a free computer with internet access, as well as a mini bar, large flat screen television and a full bathroom more then make up for this hotels short-comings. I am planning a trip over the holidays, and will be staying there since I am sure that the service and the rooms will be more than adequate for what they are needed for. For a short time stay, this place is perfect and is at an excellent price.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The Seven Lucky Casino, the Kimchi Museum and the COEX shopping center are all very close by and offer some great things to see and do while you are there. Also, the famous Itaewon district is very close by, as well, for those looking for an exciting nightlife. There are plenty of shops in the area, but for the best variety, I would recommend the COEX shopping center by the hotel, or the Dongdaemun shopping area, which is about a 30-40 subway ride.

clean, cozy, great location, very helpful staff i had to book this hotel for last minute deal because i ran out of time. Atfirst i was quite scared of the quality since it has only been given as 1 star hotel, but it was way better than expected. the room even has a computer with free internet that many 5-star hotels doesn't have. and the bathroom has a big jacuzzi. the hotel staff speaks little english but were very helpful even though theres language barriers. In the beginning the location of the hotel is quite hard to find but when we get familiar with the place it is as convenient as subway station is just 1 minute away and there's even a supermarket right at the corner.
