Rooms Cleaning service is of very high quality, has a nice leisure area at 3rd floor with swiming pool, sauna, golf club and Gym.
However the hotel has a limitation with the air conditioning system. At night we use to wake up sweting due to the air condition system been switched off. Hotel manager explain that it was because the outside temperature was low and there was no reason to keep the air condition running. They recommend we to open the windows, but the noise from outside won´t let you sleep. The guest has to choose the worst option: Do not sleep by the noise from outside or do not sleep by the heat inside the room. Before booking ask about the air conditioning policy. We complain a lot and probably they may come to change some day. This is a very big managerment mistake!
Woul be a nice hotel if they change the policy regarding to the use of the air conditioning. When going back to Seoul we would like to stay there for other reasons due to the hotel be localized in a god commercial area, served by metro and good restaurants nearby. we hope to come back there one more time as the hotel staff are very helpfull and nice people.

The massages were very nice, and the people who worked at the hotel were incredibly courteous from the front desk down to the cleaning staff. I was very impressed by this. Their grasp of english was quite astonishing too, and i appreciated being able to be understood very well.
The costs were somewhat exhorbatant especially the food and conveniences in the room. The excersize equiptment left somethingt to be desired as well, leaving out many common machines found in such a facility.
Overall I thought that the hotel itself was well worth the money I spent, and the staff were a treat, however this was offsetted by nearly ridiculous prices on anything outside of what my initial payment included. I believe that it was therefore slightly better than average as a result.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The Coex mall was a fantastic sight to see, eclipsed only perhaps by the Mall of America in Minnesota. The art, the stores, and the sights and smells will stay with me for the rest of my life.

Location - close to lines 9 and orange line.
Big rooms and friendly staff.
Novotel is on the airport bus service so they will drop you off at the front door from the airport and pick you up for 14,000 won each way. There are tons of restaurants and shopping close by along with the new number 9 subway express to Gimpo airport and transfer to Incheon International. Great health club with driving range in the hotel and excellent staff make you feel right at home.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Make sure and purchase on of the subway cards that you can add monies to as it is the most convenient way of travel throughout Seoul. Can also be used on the buses.
