Excellent choice!
Fine hospitality, great location, very accommodating.

Worth staying. Sauna and fitness are nice and clean. Bedroom and bathroom are great and spacious. Location is perfect for attending COEX exhibition, connects to COEX Mall and Hyundai Department Store.

Good location, but hotel is getting old

The location of the hotel is great as it is adjacent to the city terminal of Seoul and next to the 7 Luck Casino and the COEX Complex. This means that you have good access to a gigantic shopping mall and duty free shop as well as numerous restaurants and coffee shops.
The hotel however is getting a little old and worn, and the one of the bedrooms in the two bedroom I stayed at had no windows, and the air conditioning system wasn't really controlled by the room (even though there was a controller, we had no control over the central heating).

Rooms were very big and the facilities were great. The location is perfect as there's a subway station that connects to the hotel, a shopping centre and the city air terminal for easy check in. Will definitely stay again if I'm in Korea with family.

Good interior but lack of management

DVE System is very old and not easy to use. After 8pm, it was almost impossible to connected to hotel reception, customer service. DVD CD was cracked and not able to turn on. but after 8pm, there was no way to ask how to change as no hotel connection was possible.

I reserved Studio with Agoda and they upgraded to 2 bedroom suit when I arrived at hotel.
The hotel is located at big shopping area and restaurants, it was very convenient and the facilities
was great.
I signed with breakfast wasn't worth for what I paid for it.

The location and the service are outstanding at the Oakwood. I would highly recommend for extended stays.

i was completely satsified with my stay at the oakwood. the room was comfortable, the continental breakfast was delicious, and the service was immaculate. as a native english speaker, i found all of the staff to be highly fluent. the hotel's location next to the coex mall is a definite plus. the mall has an extensive food court and shopping opportunities. overall, this hotel was outstanding on all accounts. i would highly recommend it for extended stays.
