We had a great stay at the PLEX hotel. On the first night, we definitely heard activities that would show that it is a love hotel, however that was only the first night out of 5, so a one-time thing could happen anywhere. In retrospect, maybe it would have been wiser to be closer to where all of the tourist spots are - we spent a lot of time on the subway every day, which would have been better spent sight-seeing, but the location really is great and the hotel was really nice.

Close to subway, close to Airport bus stop, and lots of restaurants, bars, eateries.

This was another central city hotel with a very good handout map for tourists showing all nearby facilities but within the room nothing was in english, computer use, heating, etc was all guesswork. Indeed the only way to cool the room was to leave the one small window wide open and let in the construction noise (yes right up to 10pm). The tile floor was too hot to walk on without shoes and the bathroom was a huge spa pool with a shower fitted to the side. The elevator only reached the floor below so bags had to be dragged up some very narrow stairs to the rooftop rooms. they sounded great in the website but were not so great in reality. However it was where we wanted and cheap enough for two nights. Transport was easy with buses, taxis and subway as well as a myriad of bars and restaurants. They management would not even think of storing bags while we went shopping for a couple of hours.
