airport bus park right in front of the hotel is very convenience when carry big luggage. many good restaurant are around area. the hotel close to coex and other business company that i have contact with.
the area is not too busy and not too crowed. easy to get a
round from this point.

Big enough room but window was small

the room i stayed this time was 8th floor and big enough. however, window was very small and the room was very dark. there were many lights availble but i prefered more lighter room with bigger window. hotel location is very nice and convenient with limousine bus for/from airport.

good location if you need to go to coex or even to use metro train. good clean looking hotel with sapcious rooms. inhouse restuarants are expensive and mostly serve korean menu. near by there are couple of good eating places kfc,chinese restuarant, korean resturants and an excellent fine dining resturant(opposite the hotel) 17th floor overlooking the han? river (very expensive) and coffee places inclucing starbucks.one of the bylanes opposite the hotel has an excellent pizza place with german beer. walkable distance to han river park, good place to jog and you can connect with the nature (the sound of flowing river). please specify the booking requirements while booking. i got a room with window overlooking a wall. try to get a bookign with breakfast. front desk staff could learn to be more courteous, requires some amount of training in serving international guests.

Good Location, Horrible service

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. The service was horrible. The heater was blasting and the A/C was not able to be used due to the hotels central heating policy. I sweated in the room and had to sleep with the windows open but still was not able to properly sleep due to the heat. The Prima Hotel is a 4 star rated hotel that lists AC as an amenity. The staff was rude, not helpful and didn't care if my stay was pleasant or not. I have stayed in several hotels in Seoul and specifically, the area and was shocked at the horrible attitude of the staff. The hotel did not provide shampoo and was forced to purchase from the front desk! What a joke.
Hotel Feature Tip:
don"t even think about staying at this dump!!!!!!!!

i stayed the room at 6th floor. view from the room was not so good at parking view. this hotel is old but room was refurbished well. i have no complaint to the well refurbished wide room. there are many bars and restaurants near the hotel. it was also good for me.
