very closed to many attraction in the center of city

location is great near by transportation, train station, express bus to the airport. Has the convenience to the near by site attraction and markets. Hotel attendants were friendly and informative. over all pleased with my stay.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
near the hotel has the city tour bus that cost $10 per day that riders can go on and off several main attraction sites. very handy transportation.

Great locations, and smiling staff.
Nice spot and quite, very close to one of the best central district of Seoul, wonderful big room

Enjoyed the staff, very friendly, clean & big room, but disappointing the breakfast area, crowded and not very clean.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Shopping area, palace, old market area, and Seoul tower walking distance.

overall a good stay of 7nights. Location is fine, its a cbd area. Weekdays r crowded, weekends r quiet. 20mins walk to seoul station/myeong dong station. 10mins walk to nandaemun. Nearby not much eateries except 24hrs drinking plus snacks place, n basement food court/small restaurants open during office hours. Hotel staffs r not very familiar with local tours n Attractions.

I've stayed here before and it's great. The staff are polite and speak English well.
I got upgraded to a huge suite and everything was great.
Only thing is room service is no good. You might as well walk a block and eat elsewhere.

Big room, clean and full facilities. Location is at the centre, mins walk to Subway station. room dont have wifi but not free, if provide free wifi will be prefect.

Well located hotel, clean and great service
The in-house washer-dryer is definitely the winning feature

The hotel is really well located within walking distance of many important locations:
Seoul Station
Namdaemun (of course)
Deoksugung Palace
Gwanghwamun
Gyeongbuk Palace
Myeong Dong
etc
It is clean, and the rooms well maintained and serviced.
The staff are friendly and polite, always ready to greet and help you. We were surprised by the in house washer-dryer which came in very handy for our laundry needs!
Hotel Feature Tip:
The KAL Limo bus stops right at the hotel doorstep, making it even more easily accessible to and from the airport.
Seoul Station is a walk away, so it's perfect if you are arriving by train from another city. You can also take a myriad of trains around the city on the Metro line, or venture outside of Seoul on the KTX trains quite easily.
It is only a little far from Dongdaemun shopping area, but the Metro will get you there within a few stops.
There are also quite a few good eating options around the hotel, especially if you are trapped on a rainy day.
There is a well known Ginseng Chicken restaurant on 2F in the next block which I totally recommend. As well as TwoTwo Chicken which you must have with beer, as per the Korean style. If not, the food court below the hotel has a few coffee joints and traditional Korean food esp the famous grilled pork.
