Very dissapointing service.
-Not enough English communication skill at front desk.
-Concierge is not helping at all.
-Mini bar, I found someone ate snacks already and empty bag was left.
Good hotel for ppl know Seoul well or no need for help like tour.

Good location but dated room

The location was good with easy access to all what I needed. Staff were helpful with good command of English.
However the room was really dated with heavily soiled carpets.
Apart from that, had a good night sleep.

Ramada in Korean = Overpriced Rooms

first off...allow me to say this...
the customer service at ramada was fine...the front desk staff did a good job of trying to provide quality service for a hotel that clearly has fallen a few steps behind...
unfortunately, they didn't have bell-boys and the quality of the rooms was seriously lacking...
you could to much better (and save about $80) by just staying at one of the love motels in the area...which probably would have better interiors, a larger bathroom, free wifi (as opposed to 22,000 won for a day) and a clean bathroom (yes! the bathroom was not up to standards)...
Hotel Feature Tip:
They don't provide conditioner...bring your own..
Oh yeah...the bed was creaky and sucked

Good location in downtown Seoul

Its location in downtown Seoul and on the Limousine bus route stop is ideal for travelers coming from Incheon airport. I arrived at the hotel by 10 am and unfortunately, I was not able to check in due to no room availability. I was told to return at 12 noon. However, they were helpful to allow me to place my luggage in their storage while I attended my meetings scheduled later that morning.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste! Unlike hotels in other countries that I have stayed in, these were not provided free.
