Geeting tired and run down. Poor reception on arrival. Key didn't work so had to go back downstairs. Asked for credit card to pay hotel bill but had to be reminded I'd paid already by hotel voucher.

Airport shuttle bus stops by the hotel.
Nice and clean hotel.
Great breakfast. Compared to other hotels in this class, this hotel provide a high standard. Nice and quiet atmosphere and the in-house Manhattan Grill and Bar is absolutely worth to pay a visit if you are hungry for a good and tender steak and a good glass of wine.
Also many small local restaurants in the neighborhood offers exiting meals.... specially if you not can read Korean....

The hotel is in business area.
Staff are very nice and well train
Room is clean and pillows are very comfortable Price may not be the chioce for budget traveller. This is my first time in Seoul. The hotel surrounded with many restaurants, cafe and beautiful bars, there are also convenience like Seven/Eleven, Family Mart and Lotte that you can find delicious bekery and cake. It is only 4-5 minutes walk to Metro(underground)station, good for body exercise and in the front, you can find bus stop of Airport Shuttle.
Internet is also fast.
Nightlife Tip : Many restaurants, bars and cafes around the hotel, you can enjoy night life easily!
Travel by Metro to local shopping takes a little bit long about 45minutes but by taxi will take 2 hours because of traffic jam!!!

Tour Bus from airport stop in front hotel, subway station near hotel Small room, expensive, need to make a few transfer to downtown seoul The price is a little too expensive for holiday travaler. The room is quite small based on a 4+ hotel. The training to downtown seoul took a 30 - an hour to reach downtown seoul.

Friendly and polite atmosphere. I didn't notice any particular weaknesses. Spending the Christmas time in a hotel is extremely challenging, because every one has got tradition that pretty much differ from each others. Yet, I think, Renaissance Hotel Seoul succeeded very well in combining different traditions and offered a warm welcome for people from East and West.
Shopping Tip : Hyunday Shopping Center at walking distance, plenty of other easily accessible by subway or taxi.

Hotel served by buses Laes limousine from the airport. Very nice reception and attentive staff quite far from the true center of Seoul, but the station is fairly close. This hotel is one of the largest hotel in Seoul. It is located in a nice area of Seoul, essentiellment a business district but also with many restaurants and executives will drink and eat after leaving the office. The staff is very attentive, the value is very good. So a good place to advise but do not eat in hotel restaurants which are much too expensive.
Restaurant Tip : many Japanese and Korean restaurants fairly cheap right behind the hotel
