We had a very good experience at the Hotel Riviera
The pool, the friendly staff, and quiet environment made this hotel a great place to get away for a while.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Riviera. The staff was very friendly and almost every staff member spoke at least some English. Originally we were only going to stay one night, but we decided to book an extra night because of how comfortable the hotel was. One big selling point for us was that the hotel had a pool, which is relatively rare in Korea. Overall, we had a very enjoyable time at this hotel.

Feel at home in the room, high speed internet also helped me to check mail & browse internet & as well as Skype communication. Breakefast was not included but it could be better if breakfast is included & we will request Agoda to consider this.

My friends were there, they upgraded me to a better room, and the staff was helpful.

The hotel was nice, but you can tell it is old. The regular rooms only have ethernet connection not wireless, so your Ipad or Galaxy Note will only work in the lobby unless you get a Business Suite room. There is no A/C during the winter months but they were kind enough to bring us an electrical fan. Most of the staff were attentive and helpful. I liked the bidet toilet in the room. Overall, our stay was good and want to thank the staff for doing the best that they could.
