Excellent location just off Insa Dong
General appearance of public areas could be improved - no restaurant.
For the money this is quite a bargain. The hotel is located just off the main tourst drag of Insa Dong in central Seoul. Room has air con, fridge,air dryer,internet access and bath/shower and everything worked fine.Staff were friendly and helpful although, as in most of Korea, English is a bit of a problem.

it's perfect location to visit Insadong! Just 2 minutes from the hotel to the Insadong main street. It's also near the subway and airport bus stop, around 10 min. You can go to any nearby Ancient palaces on walk. Very nice location!
Heard from front desk, there're no twin bed room. The room is not big, but OK for backpack tourists.
Recommended the hotel to tourists, but not for family. It's a ideal location to visit ancient palace, Insadong and very convenient to other places by subway.

A big screen TV. Close to Insdal market. An awful place to stay over all. Hot and cold water machine in the room. Tourist Information Center close by with available free internet; They could also book your tours.
Quite far from Anguk subway station and airport bus terminal. Very very difficult to find as it is in the inner city streets and has no sign in English. The side walks and roads are tore open so you cannot roll your bags on the road. Very small and filthy room including the carpets. The bathroom is very small and the tub is half sized. The soap, hair combs, tooth paste, body lotion, shampoo will be shared by previous and future residents of the room. They are big Dove bottles. Very insecure neighborhood specially at night when drunk people are found lying on the road and screaming and shouting at you. Very small and dirty lobby with no chairs to sit. The elevator is very small, slow and accomodates only for one person with one bag. Front desk people do not speak any English. They even cannot say hi to you so do not expect any thing from them. The first night they even did not provide me my room keys for some unknown reasons that they could not explain. The hallways are extremely filthy and store a lot of hotels junk. The rooms, elevator and hallways stink. At night time people will knock very loud at others doors good enough to wake you up. No clocks in the room and no wake up calls if you don't speak their language. There are no closets in the room. There are mosquitoes that will bite you in the rooms. There is no restaurant in the hotel. The commode did not work so there was a lot of back up.
I will never recommend this hotel to anybody nor stay there ever again. A huge rip off. Run for your life and stay away from this place.
Nightlife Tip : Do not stay out late at night as the chances are you would be mugged. Staying inside the hotel will stink too.
