Good location, friendly staff, free internet in every room
Small rooms, no breakfast available, no bicycle rental (even the internet site said so). You can rent a bicycle from a tourist information near the old palaces (only 1000 won per 3 h). Good way to explore the city.
Saerim hotel has a very nice but quiet location just next to the Seoul old street. Though I would have needed better information about the location (taxi drivers seemed not to know the address though it´s very close to the famous tourist street). The hotel is near Anguk station where you can take an airport bus straight to/from the airport. The fare is 9000 won.
The rooms are small and modest but still very clean and nice. It was a big surprise that every room has an individual computer with free internet connection as well as a big wide screen television. We also had a fridge and aircon so I think the hotel could easily be rated better than only one star hotel. Good value for money.
