great location

I always stay in Savoy whenever I visit Seoul. I love the location as the hotel is right in the middle of my favorite shopping area, myeongdong. But I must say, I am a little disappointed this time, because there were some major renovation work going on around the neighborhood, and the renovation work starts as early as 5am till after midnight. That was really disturbing! I am surprise that there isn't any rules on their renovation hours.

Hotel staff are polite and informative. High efficiency in service. Room is tidy, clean. Though is a bit small but still feel comfortable. Is a good choice of staying in Savoy Hotel.

great location but small room
the location is perfect for shopping, 5min walk to the nearest subway station, 10min walk to airport shuttle station

poor water supply system!
this is the second time i stayed in this hotel, and the problem is never fixed! you get either only hot water, or only cold water for shower! so i had to take a bath instead, just to get the water in the right temperature.

good location for simply night stay
location is the best selling point of this hotel

I like the hotel as it is very convenience to get there by sub-way. just get out from the station and turn two corners.
The best thing I like is that it is situation right in the heart of the main tourism spot and shopping area of Myeong dong.
If you just want to have a nap, this is good.
However, the rooms are retrofitted from old hotel, layout is not well designed and do not have separate non-smoking floor.

The room is very small. There is no space to layout our luggage. However, that apart, the location is great, in the middle of shopping area Myeong Dong. We hardly spent time in the room, so its pretty fine. We can go around shopping, go back hotel to offload the things and go out again.
