Small room, pushy room cleaning staff.
Centrally located, near to a subway station, quiet neighbourhood

It was underwhelming. The room was really small, the toilet was not exactly clean, the shampoo, conditioner, razor, toothbrush etc. were chargeable, and the room cleaning staff was the most disappointing. I had brought along a beloved soft toy, which was misplaced by the room cleaning staff, who had swept it up with the blankets and thrown into the laundry bin. When I tried to look in the laundry bin, the bell boy stopped me. He simply told me to wait in the room until they got back to me. Which was never. Finally, I stopped the cleaning lady who misplaced the toy and got her to flip through the laundry. And thank goodness I got the soft toy back. Other than this incident, the daily insistent knocks on the door, despite there being no "make up the room" sign hung out, were a nightmare. At 11am, they'd knock. I'd be sleeping in, then at 12, another series of knocks. Then 1. Then 2pm. Finally, they'd call the room to ask if we needed the room made up. And we had to leave the room by 3pm if we wanted it made up, because room cleaning ends at 3. Anyway, toilet seat had a dark stain, shower curtain was dubious, and they would keep "forgetting stuff" that they need to place in the room on the 2 days we forgot to tip. So, not really a fan of this hotel.
