Fantastic stay due to excellent location, quiet surroundings but very centrally located, great staff, very clean, easy walk to many good places such as Insadong, close public transport such as buses and underground trains and transport to airport. Many good dining places close. Stream across the road. View to Namsam.

Good english spoken at the reception.

The 7-11 at the 1st floor is convinent and the shop keeper is very friendly. Staff at the frond desk is helpful and solve problem fast. The tablet on the front desk shows the current weather outside is pretty nice for someone not well prepared for the windy April weather.

This hotel is located very close to city area. I took AREX from Gimpo airport and changed to subway on the way.
It takes only 1 hour from the airport to the hotel wit walking slow.
It is less than 10min. from the nearest subway station to hotel.
There are many cafes and small restaurants (either modern or traditional both) around.
You can enjoy walking river side for exersise as many do, or walk to shopoing area for 10-15min.
Nearest subway station is also close, less than 10min from the hotel.
There is 7-11 convenience shop on the lobby floor. Breakfast restaurant is B1.
I only paied 5800won from hotel to Seoul station by taxi.
Bathroom is very small, bathtub is very very small but suitable for Japanese women.
Taking shower is no problem. Hotel is Clean and still new.
I liked the hotel very much.

Free shuttle bus to/from downtown is available by online reservation. However, we can only enjoy the return trip to downtown because it would be impossible to book online if you don’t know Korean. It’s hard to found the resort’s email address. Even we found it later but the email address is invalid. Suggest you to make a long distance call to the resort directly and book.
The check-in process is very good and efficient. The resort/hotel staff is very nice. We will definitely to stay there again.

Hotel is new. I ordered the room without window. The room is quite big. Facilities is complete except for the minor factor that there are no tooth brush and toothpaste.
Staffs are quite friendly. Lobby is big with very few seats to wait. Convenient store is located next to hotel lobby.
Location is not bad. Right next to Cheonggyecheon but surrounded by many electrical shops. If you walk about 5-10 minutes, you will find many nice coffee shops and restaurants.
Airport bus limousine is 5-10 minutes walk from hotel which is close to Jongno3ga station.

Good place to stay if you are looking to spend most of your time shopping around the area. It was good for me because I prefer to have my meals outside rather than in the hotel. Not a place for couple on honeymoon looking to spend most of your time in the hotel as the facilities available are basic, walls are thin and room decor is simple. I like that theres a convenience store downstairs.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The hotel only provides one pillow. Doesnt have complimentary toothbrush nor moisturizor.

it was a memorable stay. the hotel is very close to many things a tourist or business traveler would want to visit and experience. closeness to the subway station is definitely a plus. the breakfast was good enough but was surprised was not included in the price i paid over the internet. the heater control in the room was not working perfectly well. there were nights i was not able to sleep because of the cold. it was -8 outside and the heater in my room was not to performance. staff is mixed of good and bad ones....those with little english knowledge were always in bad mood when you hda to complain something...though overall it was hmmmm acceptable standard ....
