It has a large lobby which is not heated so was a little cool. There are very few furnishings in the lobby. The Sutton has breakfast available until 10:00am after which it has no food or beverage services. There is a 7-eleven attached to the lobby. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The service at the desk is friendly and helpful. It is quite a long walk to any shops or restaurants.

The given room are slightly on the small side with not much room for extra bed or big luggages lying around. If walking is your thing the hotel is pretty centrally located with the palace up north and myeongdong shopping area down southwest. Overall a nice stay and would look to stay again. Breakfast included could be a plus too.

Toilet is tiny, but well designed and functional. Even has heated toilet seat and bidet. There's a trough beside the bathtub to prevent the floor from getting wet (a very well thought of feature)

Hotel location on the small road but easily to reach some restaurant and shopping area. Hotel Feature Tip: Please book a normal taxi through receptionist, instead a tourist taxi in front of hotel to hide expensive fare.

We had booked into a different hotel for well over $300 (incl. tax) on a busy Friday night in October (of 2012). This is a large bill I was trying to avoid. A friend suggested using Agoda to find a better rate. He found rooms at the Sutton Hotel for considerably less than my original reservation. We got a comfortable, quiet, perfectly clean triple room. I was very very pleased with it. My only experience with the hotel staff was at the front desk. They were very professional. The hotel is located in an interesting neighborhood and, like most locations in the city, was not far from mass transit. It has free internet. I kept a business card of the hotel and plan to look for for a room there next time I'm in Seoul. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: taxis in Seoul are extremely inexpensive. If you have little time I recommend that you get around that way.
