Nice hotel, nice serivce. The room a little bit small!! Overall Shilla Hotel Seoul is really nice. Highly recommended!! Breakfast is good, service is good, free shuttle bus to downtown.
Only one suggestion from my point of view, the final shuttle bus could be stopped service at 21:00 or 22:00, it would be more convenient.

Room very comfortable, staff very friendly and efficient, Not advised reservations were required for dinner and could not be accommodated in the buffet and could not go out as below 0 degrees. No milk in room for Tea. Mens toilets blocked in lobby Sat 6Dec Overall we enjoyed our stay however we were very dissapointed with not being able to have buffet dinner on Saturday night. Had we been advised of the need to make reservations then we would have, this is not what you expect in a 5 star hotel. When I conveyed my feedback to the Duty Manager he thanked me but no service recovery was forthcoming. Overall though the hotel only just met my expectations for the expense outlayed, on future visits I will probably book elsewhere,
Shopping Tip : The local Dang Dae Moon markets are about a 3000 won cab ride away or you can take the courtesy bus, great shopping and dining nearby much cheaper than the Hotel.

I loved the hotel. Great place to stay in Seoul. Restaurant prices, especially the library restaurant, was high for Seoul. Travel tip : Excellent for business travel
