Transport is easy to reach the city

Hotel is situated in a hotel area in Gangnam, even though I didnt see any people looking for a room with this purpose. Also, the area didnt show any problem but Im a male traveller.
Difficult to find from the Incheon Airport Shutlle drop off bus stop.
The room Ive been giving in was claustrophobic. Small, dark shades and the only window was small facing a wall less than 1,5 meter. Manager in charge, one who wear glasses, explained in a rude way after watching the receptionist struggling to understand, that Standard rooms are like that. But he told me to write here they have Standard room facing the street and offered to change after 2 nights but I was due to check out then. Communication is an issue, very limited English. But WIFI worked perfectly so I didnt have many questions for them. Staff is polite but the manager mentioned above. Nearest tube station is 2 minutes walk and easy to navigate. Rooms are clean. If you dont mind a claustrophobic room, the price is compatible.

First thing I've found out at arrival is that they only have Smoking rooms here, so there is stale cigarette smell in the room. I'm a non smoker, so I really didn't appreciate that.
Very helpful Staff. They don't speak a lot of English, but enough to recommend a nice place to eat nearby. One even walked me to the local restaurant and help to order (Korean chicken soup - it was delicious).
8min walk to Metro, easy access to Gangnam and Central Seoul. Airport bus arrives in front of Rainaissance Hotel, which is 3min walk to Tria Hotel.
Shower is strong and hot. There is good wifi and desktop with LAN. The room is quite small, and dimly lit with small window that open to another building's wall. There was a stain on the sofa chair which looks like what you might find in a love motel - this has greatly affected my opinion on the cleanliness of the room, but I have to admit that everything else was in good condition. I didn't try to change the room, not sure if they would accommodate.

Nice hotel with good location

Stayed in this hotel for 3 days. Nice room and design (Hip and trendy), the location is very convenient, just a 5 mins walk away from the subway station (line 2), there are also a lot of restaurants and coffee shops around the area, surely will come back next time.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The only concern is, not a lot of taxi drivers know the hotel location as it's located at an alley which is not easy to be found.
