convenient, near subway station
The hotel is very centrally located, just 2 minutes from the Dong Da Mum Stadium station, which is one stop from Dong Da mum station and 4 stops from Meng Dong Station. Very basic furnishing, no bathtub, but has a mini kitchen with cooking utensils and a microwave. No air conditioning in the room other than the summer months.
Hotel Feature Tip : Make sure you print out the correct map of the hotel, I had a wrong map printed out from google map. The google map pointed to a place which is about 1km from where the hotel is actually located.

1)Location is very convenient, as near to subway and shopping at the wholesale stores
2) Very informative and english-speaking staff at front office
3) Has small kitchen and sink to boil water, heat up food etc
1) Cleaning of rooms not very thorough... they forgot to replace the coffee packs.

The Uljiro Coop residence is really good value for money. The location is perfect, especially for people who wants to buy things to sell, as it's near to all those wholesale centers that stock lots of beautiful items from clothes to accessories.... It's also near the subway station which is about 5 mins walk away, and it has a few minimarts and Lotteria, a hamburger joint that is open 24 hours!
The front office staff are extremely helpful and well-prepared. When I asked them how to get to the airport by bus, they already have everything photocopied and just passed me the easy map for the taxi driver.
It's also near other major shopping areas like Meoung Dong and Nam Dae Mun and if lazy to take subway can just grab a cab for about 3000 Won!!!
Tip. To call overseas, just get a card from the minimart opposite Lotteria, and use the free public phone outside the minimart! I only paid 19,000 Won ( S$23.00 ) and could use it for more than 100 minutes!!!
Shopping Tip : At Migliore, try to bargain by first starting at 50% discount. I managed to get many items at less 40% from the original retail price... when I buy 3 or more pieces from the same shop.
