I spent one night at the Vabien on a stopover. It's very easy to reach, as the airport bus goes straight to the door. I was exhausted after a long flight, and found the room I'd been given was right next to the elevators. When I asked if there was a chance of getting another room, I got a frosty and unhelpful response from the man at the front desk. However, the room itself was comfortable, and the location is quite good - about 10-15 minutes walk to the city hall area.
Good sized room with cooking facilities. Good value for money. Free internet connection. Convenient location.
The people at the check in desk were not particularly helpful. No breakfast provided.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Visit the gracious and peaceful Gyeonghuigung Palace and Seoul History Museum, just a few minutes walk away. Another reminder why Seoul is one of the world's most lovely capital cities!
