Great Hotel, Great Location

Better than the exclusive, star-spangled international hotels for a very decent price.
Good that the check-in/check-out system is all electronic and fast.
Travel tip:
As the hotel name suggests, good for longer stay travellers, too. Also has IH stove and rice cooker.

Great location but small rooms

It was an OK stay... nothing very memorable.The rooms are small and the bathrooms very cramped.The breakfast,even though paid for is very restricted.The general upkeep of the hotel and its very presentation do not suggest how or where the hotel is positioned market wise.

The staffs of the hotel are polite and helpful as well as able to communicate in English. It takes about 1 and half hour from airport shuttle bus and 5 minutes walking after getting off from station. The hotel is situated in the commercial centre so it's a bit far away from the major shopping centre, it takes you about 30 minuts by subway. The guest room is clean and tidy and kichen is also well equitted. The decoration of the room is good but the bathroom is a bit small.

The hotel is a converted apartment building, which makes for an interesting design, but the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. which is what one might expect from a hotel that nice. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the spa is open 24-hrs., though one has to pay extra to use it. other than that the stay was a good value and a high-quality experience overall.

i was two nights but it is too expensive compare to pricing.
also, i was trying to cancel one night but was not possible.
it is very very bad for me not to cancel it before two days.
anyway, i never stay in this hotel next time.

We stayed here on and off for more than five months as my wife was working om Seoul. It was a great hotel /serviced residence that felt fresh and new. Location in Gangnam was excellent and staff helpful and friendly although a bit lacking when it came to English. For someone staying a long time this will definately test your patience. Although nice and well prepared it was always the same and mostly focused on Asian travelers. After a few days eating toast and a yoghurt you´ll start looking forward to visit one of the many Starbucks around! As in most places in Asia - Internet comes with a price.

Good for family stay, but I always enjoy my stay oin business becauese of clean and spacy room and a big refrigerator. Once aware of the shops and restaurants around, your stay will be in comfort and convenince.

stayed in the hotel for 3 days as a short weekend visit with several friends. convenient location, and easy to access main shopping areas around seoul. rooms are definitely "art nouveau" in design. rooms are quite spacious and hotel has a busy club "heaven" in b1 floor. reasonable price, and not a bad place to stay for a weekend visit to seoul.

Nice Service Apartment

I love this hotel because they offer laundry machine and kitchenette in room. Rooms are quite spacey and they have small room upstairs for storage or extra bed. I recommend staying at this hotel for family. Subway however is very far. 10 minutes walk to nearest subway station either Yeoksam or Seolleong. KAL Limo stop at Renaissance hotel across an 8-lanes street. It's quote a hassle if you have bring large baggages crossing the busy street. Traffic in the area can be very very terrible during rush hour and raining. Not recommended for tourists because the location is far from tourist area. Nearest tourist attraction is COEX (2 subway stops away). If you do business in Gangnam area, then this serviced apartment is recommended for staying.
