Clean, comfortable hotel; we appreciated that the room had a double bed and one twin, and also that there was a coffee shop downstairs that opened early. Seemed like a nice location by the water, but we checked-in after dark and left early in the morning.
It's not walk-able from the Expo site, and if you leave after the fireworks you'll probably need to take a bus out of the city to catch a cab, but it's under a 10,000 won cab ride door-to-door.

Well, the hotel is situated in front of the water. I booked the double room n asked for twin room at the spot. They said yes without extra charge.
The lady at the front desk spoke prefect putunghua. She is soooo friendly.
Of, there's a cosy cafe next to the lobby.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Good for visits to expo. There's the terminal of shuttle bus #1, at a little garden in front of the hotel.

麗水万博を見るために滞在しました。建物は新しく、ベッドなどの寝具も快適です。ぐっすりと休むことができました。部屋の設備では、バスタブがない以外は不満はありません。ウォッシュレットも完備しています。近くにはコンビニもあります。
ただ、万博期間中とはいえ、１泊 ドル相当というのは韓国の地方都市としては高額でした。それが欠点だと思います。
