Miserable 4 days
Wifi never worked. Hotel management lied. Rooms are dingy.

The internet / wifi never worked properly and the hotel manager kept telling me it would be fixed soon but it never was in 4 days. Rooms are not nearly as nice as in the photos - cheap furnishing and old sheets & towels.

Dont be deceived by the 'glitzy' hotel sign on the road. |Rooms are in a building opposite side of the road. Delux rooms are as basic as you can get. Two shower hears in bathroom and one was totally cold. When we complained the second shower was turned on but the water was barely tepid. Food is grossly overpriced - Rp: 825 end price for a chicken curry and the chicken element was two chicken bones in curry sauce and there was about half a teaspoon of chicken on the bones. Dont allow yourself to be 'ripped off' by booking this hotel

I did appreciate my stay at Milano Tourist Rest Hotel. Obviously, they know how to deal with tourists. My room was very pleasant (large, clean)and it is not too far from the site. I do recommend this place.

The upkeep of the dining areas were less than desirable. Lunch meals were beset with flies. Evening dinners outdoors were fraught with severe mosquito problems. Otherwise, everything was good

We were greated by Jamil on arrival and immediately felt comfortable. The hotel is excellent value for money, the food is fantastic and the rooms very comfortable, they even have an upstairs deck if you want to have a drink in the evening. Nothing was too much trouble for this hotel. Jamil always had a smile and when asked that he seems to work long hours his reply was "I love my work" What a gem of an employee. I also have to mention the lady at the front desk who was also fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel

a nice garden, the pool with big fishes, friendly cats are welcoming you and asking for some food! Dont forget to feed the kitties, guys! the rooms are simple but clean and the beds have the net to protect you from moskitoes. TV has the certain quantity of channels, so i felt comfortable
but the basth room was awful! there were 2 separate showers: with cld and with hot water! how to use them - is the secret for me! maybe i had to run fast from hot to cold shower and back, so how i get the normal ´warm water!
The restaurasnt had everything but not what you would like to order! this item they never have
but as i mentionned before, stuff is very friendly and nice people!
Restaurant Tip:
i dont recommend the restaurant at this hotel!

Good value for money, comfortable beds and a nice little garden to relax in.

Hard to beat the price. Beds were very comfortable. Only drawback was the mold on the walls due to bad non existant ventilation in bathroom...

This is a great little place. Immaculate presentation. Very friendly, cheerful, helpful staff. I felt very comfortable and welcomed here. Staff readily facilitated a bike for hire. Nice outdoor areas. Pleasant evening meal. Great value!
