Hotel location is fantastic. Room we were provided is also very good.Car park is not up to standard. should be properly constructed and arrange.
The hotel seems to be look older and need to do color washing, to look nice.
There is no front office guide to direct the car or carry the car to the car park.
Hotel staff and meal is good.

wir waren die ersten zwei tage mit unserem zwölfjährigen sohn in diesem hotel. der service war gut, alle sehr nett strand für eine großstadt ok.zimmer groß aber etwas abgewohnt.
schöne zugfahrt nach colombo.

Nettes Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, Weg zum Flughafen ca. 30-40 Minuten, schlechte Beschreibung - Taxifahrer fand es erst nach Anruf, Zimmer klein und etwas abgewohnt, schöner Garten, schönes Pool, Frühstück sehr gut, Terrasse nett, direkt neben dem Meer nur durch die Bahn getrennt, Zuglärm aber nur bis ca. 22h, für den Preis okay

Een redelijk luxe hotel dicht bij Colombo

Vanuit Nederland geboekt zodat we direct bij aankomst onderdak hadden. Wel met stip het duurste hotel dat we hebben gehad, achteraf was dat wat overdreven.
Hotel is groot en netjes maar een beetje verouderd.
Vriendelijke mensen bij de receptie en de mogelijkheid om binnenlands vervoer te regelen.
Een minpunt: direct achter het hotel, tussen de tuin van het hotel en het strand is een drukke spoorbaan. Vanaf zes uur in de ochtend denderen regelmatig treinen voorbij. Gedurende de dag minder treinen per uur, maar rond spitsuren is het lawaai storend.

Ну, во-первых, несмотря на предварительную договоренность, нас не встретили в аэропорту. Ну да это по большому случаю не беда, добрались сами, хотя настроение было подпорчено. Персонал приветливый, завтрак скромный, но питательный, пляж в 30 метрах, но...железная дорога за стеной это конечно что-то. Поезда начинают ходить где-то в 6.30, и заканчивают в 23.00. Такое ощущение, что он взъезжает в вам в номер. Но опять не беда, с утра можно посмотреть на этом поезде настоящий "зацепинг по шри-ланкийски"

Да в нем вообще нет даже маленького магазинчика, чтобы купить, например, сланцы или крем от загара. В этом случае надо идти к отделю Mount Lavinia Hotel
