this block of apartments is very well run and managed by owner, who treats is as a hobyy. very helpful, always ready to assist. it is out of centre of Colombo in-very- residential area, but you can order taxi and go anywhere without delay. no food served, there is very good take-away delivery service, probably the biggest variety i ever experienced,if one likes solitary setting and peace, this is ideal.

It was a pleasure to stay in an apartment rather than a hotel. Fabulous, comfortable, modern place and will stay again the next time I am in Colombo. There are take out menus available for dining.

広く、清潔で種々の設備も十分で過ごしやすく、また静かな住宅街の中にあり快適でした。

部屋や種々のアパート内の設備などは新しく、清潔で過ごしやすく、楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。立地も住宅街の中にあり静かで朝方には鳥やリスがベランダにおり、和やかな感じを持ちました。若干、食事等には近くまで出る必要があり、地元の食堂を利用するかケータリングサービスをお願いする必要があります。このため、海外旅行初心者ではなく経験を積んで長期に滞在する人に向いているように思います。
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
バスを利用してコロンボ市内に行きましたが、停留所の名称、行き先のバスステーションの名称、乗り換え先の停留所の名称、乗り場やバス発着の時間間隔など十分な確認をしておく必要があります。

进去时被设施震撼到了，非常豪华，可以和国内一般的五星拼一下，位置比较偏，但是似乎在科伦坡的富人区，治安不错，环境非常安静。
