All that you would expect
The lobby serves as a nice focal point during the stay. It is easy to entertain clients as well as just relax and work

The stay was fantastic. The pool, grounds, and gym are superb. I would note that the rooms in the old tower are a tiny bit dated as far as design is concerned but they are clean, cozy, and well kept. It is probably more a matter of personal preference if you prefer lighter more modern room design (new section), or darker, more cozy and moody room design (old tower).

We loved our stay at the hotel the only thing that put us off is they have seperate steam rooms, sauna etc for male and females. "When my husband and I holiday we like to chat whilst using these facilities so I ended up missing out as I did not want to do so on my own.

It was excellent. A wonderful end to our Sri Lankan holiday. We were mother & daughter travelling and appreciated the luxury at the Cinamon Grand before our flight to Australia.

Very nice hotel, 10 mins walk to Galle Face. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was nice and spacious and had a pool view. We were very impressed by the hotel's restaurants that serve delicious local cuisine. Staying at this hotel was the best way to end our trip to Sri Lanka. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel was good. Good amenities such as gym, pool and steam room.
Staff misplaced us to a standard room instead of a courtyard room, we had to dig up the email and show the check-in staff our bookings.
