I booked this hotel close to the airport as I had a morning flight home, too early to commute back to Colombo ( 1 hour away) I was greeted warmly by staff,even given a welcome drink on arrival. My luggage was whisked up to the room and I was given a full run down of facilities.The room was huge and well appointed, the bathroom if anything needed updating but was certainly very clean. The swimming pool and grounds of the hotel are very good.This hotel caters for tourists and I'm sure everyone there is either coming or going to the airport 10 mins away.I will certainly stay there again at some time. My experience was very positive right up to when I left the hotel and called a tuk tuk to take me to the airport. I was very impressed with the service and I believe it is value for money.

Near to airport but calm environment

Location is very convenient to the airport. We had early morning flight but very easy to be there.
We had suite room but room charge was cheap. So we enjyoy very comfortable stay.
Complimentary coffee,tea set including tea pot were not prepared. It is necessary for our comfortable stay.
Out door dine Place is very nice.
Hotel staffe was very friendly.

Great budget hotel 5 minutes from the airport.
The pool looked nice. Good food. Very handy for the airport.

Close to the Airport, Able to Checkin Late
Breakfast light but nice. Pool looked really good, although we did not have time to use it.

Arrived late at night but our guide helped us negotiate checkin. Room was quite good although there was noise from people outside at some time during the night. The reason for this was not clear. Breakfast was excellent, although not large or buffet as in other places we stayed.

this hotel you shall use only one night as a transfer hotel. the location has nothing more than close to airport. it is a nice pool and a nice garden. the dinner in the evening was ok. but in the morning it was not possible to have breakfast before 7:30 in spite of it is a transfer hotel. this we think is a bad thing. we ordered a breakfast box and also a morning wake up but nothing worked. we got no morning wake up and there was no breakfast box.

Pool and surroundings are OK, but rooms are small and quite in in a bad shape. We arrived late at night and there was no running water in the hotel. Toilet didn't work in all rooms, we couln't even wash our hands or take the shower. Staff was helpful (no problems with them - good service), but after several hours they finally managed to get water only in a cheaper room then we had - the one near the pool. There was an aircon mounted in the window, and it created more noise then cold. We were forced to switch it off and use a veiling fan.
The dinner was also awful. Their chief has no idea how macaroni carbonara must look like.
Restaurant Tip:
Staff is really helpful and friendly. You can ask to make you a breakfast boxed set if you're leaving early.

Probably the worst rooms I have ever statyed in, you had to hold you breath to go into the bathroom as the smell was so bad.
Matress was very thin, pillows lumpy so overall experience was bbad.

Comfortable room ,a little dirty and some Mosquitos , but good food and very close to airport. Unfortunately could not offer us breakfast as we had to leave at 6am. Since many flights leave early in the morning and this is a hotel primarily for the airport this omission seems rather strange. There should be better provision for early morning travellers.

Nice locaion close to the airport, Just LKR 200.

food can be a problem for vegetarian in lanka...as most of the places serve non-veg and during preperation you can always get traces of non veg food in ur meal so dont be surprised...specially the chilli paste is mad with fish and prawns but the still serve you with it even if u ordered vegetarian food ... so better watch out....
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Close to the airport, Negombo beach is 20 mins by bus....
Bus route 240 to Negombo and 185 to airport...tuk tuk charge u 700 RS
