Reasonable price, Good location,

Old buiding

You can see the beautiful Indian Ocean from the window. And this hotel is the best the person want to walk near the sea.

Decent facilities downstairs, business center, breakfast etc. Location is good for government business, less so for sightseeing.

First room shown was smelly and grimy. Second one was better. Colombo is crawling with security and staying in this area means frequent army checkpoints and road closures.

Galadari is affordable but tatty and sleazy. Location is big drawback, unless you have business in the downtown Fort area. Staying further south near Galle Face Green is more pleasant. I don't recommend this hotel unless the location is useful.

Good location in center, nice ocean view from room, good facilities (gym, sauna, pool), room is clean

nearest to Parliament, therefore often road to hotel is closed to tuk-tuk and in this area to many police check-points. Stuff sometimes are too slow. They forgot about my breakfast box.

Hotel is good. New Year's eve was fun. I recommend this hotel for tourists and business traveler.
