A good stay for a business trip with colleagues

We were 4 office colleagues traveling for a business trip. We had booked a 3 bedroom apartment.
Pros:
+Our apartment was ready at arrival
+The apartment was clean
+Comfortable Beds with nice smelling bedsheets
+the ocean view was very nice
+there is a KFC and seafood restaurant nearby.
Cons:
-the railway track is nearby, so if you're a light sleeper, might be inconvenient due to the loud noise

Good hotel but a bit tired

nice hotel in handy location so can access centre but not too busy. great views, but beware the trainline can be noisy so not for light sleepers. this is the same for all coastal hotels in colombo though. reliable internet and good service. hotel well done but rooms and finishes need a bit of care. food is good but extras like internet and laundry expensive. became fond of the place over 2 weeks!
Restaurant Tip:
Beach Wadiya seafood restaurant opposite is great (and famous!)

Ok hotel but nice sea view

The hotel is located near the rail line and hence a lot of disturbance with local trains passing by every 15 min or so starting 5am in the morning. Rooms are small and ok, not of the quality what you expect in Asian region

Standard apartment with required amenities with a reasonable price. not many serviced apartments available in colombo and this one is good enough if you not looking for an overly luxurious place. the location is in colombo but about one or two kilometres away from the actual city centre. good sea view apartment. there is also a wonderful seafood restaurant across the road, which i highly recommend.

Room was very small and there is handle half feet walk way to go to shower room.
Empty mini fridge.
No desk or chair in the room, once you enter queen size bed a small TV table.
Surprised, no tooth brush and paste.
Surely I will not stay once again. TOO expensive not included breakfast while booking $15.00/day compulsory booking fee to access
ingue .
Train noise from morning till night as the track is front of the hotel.

the services wasn't really that good especially after cleaning, there wasn't any replacement of towel or soap.
there was no ac in the dinning hall,therefore,is hot and warm.
tv was old and as a matter of fact,most hotel are using at least lcd and not the normal types.
