Good location
slightly dated rooms, smell of cigarette in rooms and corridors

Hotel could do with a refurbishment. Although in a non smoking room, there was smell of cigarette smoke in rooms and corridors.
Staff were excellent. Provided an upgrade to sea view room. Hotel food was also good.

Overall stay was good with great service. The breakfast buffet was superb but the gym and pool was too far from the main lobby.

Not meeting expecation of the brand name 'Hilton'
Good location - near by ocean and old dutch hospital (good resturant and bars)

It was above avg than other hotels than we stayed in Sri lanka however, it doesn’t really meet the standard of Hilton quality in terms of facility wise compared to the Hilton hotels in any other countries.

Some amneties need a serious refurbishment such as the small crt tv, old yellowed phone set and also the hair dryer set. Only a small investment can change the looks of this hotel.
