Nice place to stay a couple of days to make Colombo. Good service and alert staff. But.... There effect to make your stay perfect made our last nights not so good. The staff keept calling us several times despite we made sure that we dont want to be disturbed in the evening.
The staff needs to better understund specific customer requirements.

Renovated rooms are first class. Was shown a Business Apartment on 28th floor, very tired, sad and smelly.
Staff try very hard to please and succeed.
Food reasonable if overpriced.
Decent place for a stay with family.
