Getting to the hotel from the airport took an awfully long time. The rooms were decent and clean albeit a trifle cramped. Warm water is not available at all times and nor is food.
If you are merely looking for a place to crash for a night and start off and do not expect much other than a decent bed and working air conditioning with basic bath/was facilities, this hotel will work for you.
There are no places where you could exchange currency nearby, and water is not complimentary.
Restaurant Tip:
There is a grocery/convenience store nearby. It is called Food City (A chain store). If you are looking for something to eat or drink, this place (and a couple of places around there) are your best (and probably your only bets)

Hotel is best for stay like medical where all the hospital very nearby. Hotel is a very small hotel but the service is good and staff performance is overall good. However the hotel cleanliness is not upto my expectation. But I would recommend this hotel to my friend who stays for medical purpose in Colombo.

There is nothing Good at this small, Dirty Hotel... Broken Furniture, Birth Room is Dirty and The whole Hotel Stinks...In my whole stay in the Hotel, no one clean my room even with the requests...The Hotel is Located in a tiny small Road which is scary in the evenings as there are no Lights on the road...No restaurants, Shopping Malls near by...No Night Life at all in the whole Area...For each and every Requests the hotel staffs need to be bribe as they openly ask for money...I would say this is the worst Hotel I have evey stayed in Srilanka...
Travel tip:
I did not find any reason to Recommend this Hotel to other Travelers...Go for the Other choice as there are bunches of Good Hotels in the City Center

Poor location-Even local taxi & tuktuk were unable to find the hotel as it is located in a backlane.
Room is dusty with stained ceiling. The bathroom pressure is bad, shower broken & not replaced. It is more like a storeroom. Aircon placed over the bed which is not healthy as it blows dust on the bed while you sleep. Breakfast cost is expensive - have to pay separately for jam & separately for the margarine. Just 4 pieces of sliced bread & the cost totaled to $4 sing dollars fr poorly run cafe within the hotel. the cook cannot understand simple english. no toiletries included.
Travel tip:
I strongly do not recommend the hotel. Have hard time trying to communicate as all sri lankans cannot speak even simple english.
