Ann W. Couples Australia, May 14, 2013	A very enjoyable stay Beachfront location, nice ambience, excellent staff 9 We stayed in a direct ocean view room which was in the newer section of the hotel. Lovely sea views with a private balcony. Room was very comfortable, the food from both room service and at the restaurants was excellent and reasonably priced. Transport to the hotel from the airport was a touch difficult to arrange through the hotel and I would have been much happier if I could have just booked and paid for it through Agoda. The hotel is steeped in history and I just adored seeing all the newly weds coming to the hotel for their photo shoots.

The location was in a tourist spot, nearby to the city centre. Wonderful hotel for relaxation and privacy, ideal for a honeymoon. The food was good and affordable and no complaints regarding the room nor the bathroom. Excellent sea view from the room. Restaurants even had beach barbeques and pool side dining with a quartet playing soothing music.
