Lovely hotel and service with a smile and location

3KMs from airport and 3KMs from City Center.. which means all fastfoods are easily accessible..
clean and spacey rooms... great ambiance and great cheerful staff..
Service is extremely generous!
Travel tip:
Don't take airport taxi!! it takes 1380 Rupees!! instead take airport transfer from the hotel, its 800 Rupees and a luxury car too

We had to stay closer to the airport at the end of our trip to Sri Lanka. We found this hotel was very convenient and close to the airport for an late evening departure. The staff was more than accommodative and let us check out as late as 4 pm at no additional cost and not making a song and dance like many hotels do about late check outs. The breakfast was good and the hotel had big gardens if you would like a stroll. I liked this hotel and will return if I have to.

My wife liked the beauty salon at the hotel. Said it was inexpensive and the service was good.

I had a comfortable stay. The staff was courteous.I enjoyed the food. They picked me up from the Air port without any delay around 11.p.m. But i had to wait a long time for the room to be ready.I was told that there were some delays in flights and that's why the room was not ready. I had booked the room for one night and i expected it to be ready when i reached the hotel.

Please get your own bottle of water. The hotel charges $2.5 for a 500 m.l bottle of water. And no sir not even a single bottle is complimentary.

Good airport hotel

stayed before an early flight back to england from colombo. hotle is 10mins transfer from the airport which the hotel will arrange for you for 800r. room was modern, clean and suited our overnight stay needs. food was reasonably priced. would stay again.

Nice hotel - standard rooms are small

we checked in, and the reception person was pretty clumsy about it, he couldn't find our booking, and then proceeded to give us a queen size bedroom, when we booked a king size superior room. the floor manager came out, and implied he sorted things out, however when we got the the room it had a queen size bed in it. did they think we wouldn't notice?
i called to request that we be put into a room specified on our voucher, and the hotel rep insisted that the superior king bedroom can mean a queen bed room? in any case, we were transferred 2 doors down to a superior king bedroom. it was pretty annoying to battle with 3 people to get what the voucher had on it. the superior king bedroom was large, and had a good be.
the restaurant was good however, and the customer service there made up for the poor hotel service.
