Families with young children United Kingdom, April 15, 2013	Such a shame Location , grounds , design 6 Excellent staff and location, unfortunately (possibly as room was new) Telephone for rooms service didnt work when fixed nobody answered. Had to walk three times to the restaurant to order, which is a nightmare with hungry young kids. I think this might be teething problems , but when paying this rate it isnt really aceptable. Wifi was very slow . Plugs stuck down in bathroom but High tea in the afternoon by the lawn was great as was the box of sport toys , cricket stumps etc for the kids. Staff tried very hard to help once they knew of any problems. It is a beautiful gardened Hotel with a lot of potential, but the rate is a little prohibitive
