Very different from the 'hotels' I say in.

I did not expect this. One cannot call it a hotel as it is a villa with limited rooms. The place is done up tastefully and although I was there for a very short time, I completely felt relaxed and at peace.
Will try to stay there every trip to Colombo.

The room is big, comfortable, queit and very clean. I realy feel like a home when I fist checked in to the hotel. The hotel staff are very friendly and also very helpful. The food was very good and serve with different type of food as well. This hotel is highly recormanded for those for business and honeymoon as well.

A Place to stay for WORK but feels like HOME.....

fell in love the moment i step thru the glassdoor to check in. was greeted with warm smiles & a welcome fruit juice & bumped into a young pleasant looking chinese lady whom i later found out was actually the boss of Zylan. the room was big in space and i really could just lay back & relax though i was there for work.the lady boss even volunteered to help me do my internet check-in on my last day... MUST come back when I visit Sri Lanka again. thanx a Zillion Zylan!!

A nice boutique Villa located in City Centre

we got room at 3rd floor.
the problem is the hot water is not consistent, is always on and off.
apart from this, this villa is a nice place, everything is perfect, highly reccomended

Surprisingly good hotel
This is a small (10 room) hotel so the service and atmosphere was brilliant

This was my first visit and I wasn't sure what to expect. It was all pleasant surprise. I had a room upgrade on arrival which gave me a separate lounge in which I was able to arrange meetings. The decor was great and with two large private balconies I thoroughly enjoyed the indoor outdoor options. The layout of the whole hotel with options for multiple dining and lounge locations was interesting and delightful. The service was excellent. I hope to be able to use this hotel again.
Travel tip:
This hotel is in a very quiet street but it is so easy to get a three wheeler or cheap taxi so this is advantageous. It is so easy to get to any location in Colombo at a very low cost but the traffic may slow you down.

Great breakfast, location and service. wi-fi and cable tv worked fine. Friendly staff even posted our postcards for us. Has a gym which is up-to-date.
Restaurant Tip:
Cricket Club Cafe for a decent feed.
