Nicolas D. Couples France, August 11, 2012	Un accueil lamentable ! Absolument rien ! 3.3 Nous avions réservé une chambre avec Agoda pour une nui t dans cet hôtel... mais je n'ai jamais pu voir la couleur des murs de ma chambre vu que le patron de l’hôtel nous a dit en arrivant qu'il n'avait aucune réservation à mon nom. Je lui ai donc montré mon mail de confirmation, avec mon numéro de réservation, en disant que ma carte de crédit avait même été débitée, mais il n'a rien voulu savoir ! Il nous a engueulé comme si c'était de notre faute, en nous disant que de toute façon, il était complet, qu'il ne nous donnerait pas de chambre et que notre mail ne valait rien !! Il nous a donc littéralement mis à la porte. J'avais beau hausser le ton, lui dire que je ne partirai pas, sa décision était définitive. Et quand il a commencé à devenir agressif, je n'ai pas insisté et nous sommes parti à la recherche d'un nouvel hotel. J'ai prévenu Agoda de cette situation. J'attends toujours une réponse de leur part... Donc à vous de voir si vous voulez aller là bas (au risque de ne pas avoir votre chambre en arrivant !). De plus, il faut savoir que l’hôtel est pratiquement inaccessible ! Il est situé tout en haut d'une colline ! Il faut rouler plus de 20min sur un chemin en terre, rempli de nids de poules. Si vous arrivez de nuit, vous ne trouverez jamais ! Car il vaut mieux croiser des gens sur la route pour demander votre chemin !
