The view from the rooftop bar makes for an unforgettable stay at this charming hotel which is perched on a hill. As it is the highest property in town, enjoying this view requires a climb up a steep hill, although local taxis are available for the trip. The rooftop bar is the place to enjoy a drink or a meal and take in the spectacular views of the town, the countryside, and the Indian Ocean. There is a lovely swimming pool and the colonial style architecture is quite enjoyable. Guest rooms are modest size and all connect through an open corridor that lets in gentle ocean breezes in the hot afternoon.

hotel is currently updating some rooms, this gives some noise. It should haven been better ( correct ) if they would mentioned this with the booking ( before confirmation)

Staff extremely helpful in regards to every aspect of my stay. Lovely location especially to the cricket ground which is walking distance. Beautiful gardens and rooftop restaurant. Would love to stay for longer.

had a nice stay here, if at all the pillows were a bit hard but everything else was fine. a/c, hot water, room service, check desk, breakfast table - staff friendly and nice
would go there again and recommend same
