Lovely homely hotel with great personalized servic

i stayed two days with the family of 4 and the food and the beach front is very commendable. furthermore the personalized service is note worthy. when i was leaving the gm came and loaded the luggage to my vehicle because the support staff mamber got about two minutes late to come.

Looks good but this is a hotel of very poor quality. Despite booking 6 months earlier there was no room available when I arrived. The room eventually given was at best a staff room until finally moved after complaining. The new room was dirty and not cleaned daily. The bathroom was distgusting.
I was travelling alone for the cricket but this is not somewhere you would take your wife!
The staff left a lot to be desired and I had to speak to the manager over a change issue at the bar.

i stayed in this hotel for 2 nights.. i wasnt happy with the first room they gave me and asked to be changed. the second room was better then the first room. the hotel overall is old fashioned. staff were really helpfull. i wouldnt stay here again.

heavy rains, very litle things too see and visit around

Lovely hotel & great location
Lovely pool. Good service. Great view from the poolside onto the beach.

My friend and I had a really good stay at the hotel. The only thing against the hotel is that their buffet breakfast isn't that great.
Nightlife Tip:
Vibrations is a a good club to check out. It's about 100m down the road from the hotel.

Hotel Lanka initially gave us a room that wasn't great but changed us to a much better room the second day. Services for calling on assistance or room service is slow and could be much better.

hotelli ulkoapäin ja kuvista katsottuna ihan ok. tuloaula vielä ok-portaat ja käytävät epäsiistit ja haju tunkkainen.huoneen kalusteet vanhat ja kuluneet ja pölyiset.äänieristys olematon.wc.ssa pönttö ei ollut kunnolla kiinni ja käsienpesuallas oli halki. suihkun vedentulo olematon.ilmalämpöpumpun ulkoyksikkö oli parvekkeella- ääni tosi voimakas.henkilökunta viileän ystävällinen- ulkotyöntekijät, kuten vartijat mukavia ja ystävällisiä.hotellin sijainti ja näköala ok- mutta kadulle tullessa liikenteen melu niin kamala että kuulo menee. jos menisin toisen kerran sri lankaan -en asuisi pääkadunvarren hotelleissa.melu ja liikkuminen kävellen vaarallista, eikä melussa kuule mitään eikä voi keskustella toisen kanssa

Rolig og avslappende
Basseng rett ved stranden, kort vei til hyggelig shopping, stort rom.

Vårt opphold var helt greit. Rommet var ikke så rent, men det var ingen av de andre rommene på reisen heller. Vi likte at hotellet lå rett ved flere spa senter, at det var bra shopping der og at hotellet hadde basseng.
