The staff really made the difference during our stay at the Suisse. They were friendly, courteous and attentive to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. this was evident right from the check-in, room service, restaurants, security, special events team and the check-out staff.

The room we got were on the 4th floor and the elevator didn't reach the floor. The Wifi didn't reach the room either. Duluxe rooms should be located on a lower floor. However, it was a safe and relaxed stay with a spacious room.

great service!!
the staff is very friendly, food (we had breakfast & room service) was very good. the staff went out of their way to care for each persons need

The rooms are comfortable. recommend the deluxe over standard as the rooms are larger and has a balcony. the breakfast spread was good. the best thing about this hotel is the people. the staff from check-in to check-out was so attentive, caring and hospitable. There was no pretend service here, it was evident that the warmth of these people came straight from their hearts.
We had a great time this weekend and would definitly go there again.
few things to improve: lift is scary! adds to the old charm of the hotel but best upgrade. Must try's: Hot Butter Cuttlefish from the room service menu & Banana Fritters :)
