Central and the staff are very helpful Old and tired hotel with very little choice of foods Good location and very central with a reasonable pool and clean rooms but the menu was incredibly limited - they ran out of french fries after first day (no more for 3 more days!) but staff very helpful and rooms clean although old and worn and tired! OK and cheap so good value for money and great for a base for your explorations of Kandy
Restaurant Tip : Eat at the Pub or recommended local restaurants if you can find a decent one - ask your guide/driver because hotel food only passable and very very limited menu Avoid the SPA.

Would not be easy to find without a driver/guide, and we were woken very early by very, very loud dogs barking nearby! Overall was a pleasant experience though!
Hotel Feature Tip : During a very pleasant dinner, a live band came and tried to serenade each individual table and then tried to sell their CD to you whilst you were dining--forcefully!
